Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Items damaged due to improper use
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
- You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (if applicable)
